Friselle with tomatoes
Friselle are kind of bagels made with durum wheat flour cut in half horizontally (when half cooked) and then fired in the oven again in order to make them rusk.
- 4 friselle
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- Few leaves of basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Place them in a bowl. Add oregano and olive oil.
- Wet friselle with a bit of water.
- Cover the friselle with the tomato mixture.
