Octopus in vinegar
This simple recipe of Octopus with vinegar will make possible to store your delicious octopus in a jar and eat it whenever you like. It takes just few minutes and it has an unbeatable taste.
- 1 kg fresh octopus
- Few mint leaves
- 5 cloves garlic
- Boil the octopus in hot water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked cut it into pieces of 4-5 cm and leave to dry.
- Place them in a glass jar adding thin slices of garlic and mint between layers.
- Once the jar is completely filled cover with vinegar, close it and store.
