Castel del Monte Bombino Nero DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) is produced in the territories of Andria, Trani, Minervino Murge, Terlizzi, Bitonto, Toritto, Ruvo di Puglia, Corato and Palo del Colle.
This is a Rosato wine made with Bombino grapes, exclusive of this area. May contribute to its production, up to a maximum of 10%, other non-aromatic black grapes produced in the same areas.
