Notardomenico is a grape vine variety grown in the territory of Brindisi. It is rarely produced alone, however, it is generally mixed in blend with Ostuni Ottavianello and often used for the production of rosé in the area of Brindisi.
Notardomenico is a black grape vine, with a conical and compact bunch of medium-small size. Its grapes have a dark violet-red colour with a thin and tender skin.
